Thank you for renting from Ballet Deluxe! We hope you love your costume when it arrives. Here’s a few notes we would like you to know before renting.

 

Our costumes are priced for 24hours. Please select the day you would like your costumes to arrive when adding to your basket. Once added to the basket, you may check out. The system will charge you for one day’s rent per costume as a deposit. We will then be in touch via email to confirm the full dates you require and to invoice the full amount due. Please note, bookings are only confirmed once the invoice has been paid in full.

 

Costumes will be sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive on the first day of your rental period. We expect the costumes to be sent back via Royal Mail Special Delivery on the last day of your rental period. Please keep proof of postage. If the package does not arrive back to our warehouse, we will ask for proof of postage to track the parcel. If this cannot be provided, the account holder will be charged to cover the cost of replacement costumes (£50.00 per costume).

 

We expect our costumes to go through some general wear and tear as they are worn regularly by dancers across the UK. We are happy to mend costumes as needed and appreciate you letting us know if you notice any signs of wear on our costumes that we can mend. Please do note, any unreasonable damage beyond repair will result in a £50.00 fine per costume to cover a replacement. This fine will also be issued if a costume is lost. Fines will be sent to the account holder.

 

We will endeavour to make sure you receive your costumes on the agreed date every time. To make this possible, we require you to return the costumes on time too. Costumes held overdue will be charged at £5.00 a day per costume. Please keep proof of postage to avoid these late fees if your return should get stuck in postage delays.
